What is the general size of this card? I currently have a 6600GT and i'd like to get the X1950PRO to last me until I buy a whole new computer, but I was wondering what kind of size it was? the 6600GT fits in comfortably, with plenty of room, but i've heard the X1950PRO is pretty big, and I obviously dont want it overheating as my case is fairly old and it runs on default cooling, I may need another PSU aswell, but I havent looked into that yet, anyone owned both cards or can anyone help me with any guidance? Many Thanks to whoever can help ;p

I'll add you tomorrow when I wake up :) and I got another question, if I put in a piece of hardware that requires more power than my PSU can supply, will it just not turn on? I dont wanna blow anything up :p many thanks again to whoever can help :)

When i got mine, my PSU wasn'y good enough for card, so when it turned on, it flicked on for less than a second and went off.
I was like oooooooooooohhh crap!

Tested card in other nachine and tested old card in mine and knew it was PSU :D
