Hey,

I installed vista this weekend and having got it setup how I want it with all my drivers installed. I tried a game before reinstalling vista but it BSOD'd on me serveral times before I could go back and login to vista. I also read vista doesent support the X1950 series yet is this true? is this going to be fixed any time soon? Also using VLC made my pc BSOD aswell :mad:.
 
Hi I have the same card and the same problem aswell. If you go to google you will find that many others are experiencing the same bsod etc.

Ati have acknowledge the problem and a fix will come in 7.3 I believe. If you disable hotkey poller in your services it will fix the problem for now. but you can only play games in 2d mode.

Can't believe how silly this is. They advertise in the box saying its vista ready and it doesnt even work in vista yet :mad: .
