X1950XTX Hardware Tweaks?

Hello,

I heard recently that there are a few ways of overclocking an ATI X1950XTX.

I hear there are features on the board not turned on by default but can be switched on at a hardware level. I believe it was AA and AF with no performance penalty and things - I could be wrong.

Does anyone know of any nice tweaks and the way to do it for an X1950XTX?

Any advice for getting the most from this card would be REALLY appreciated and drink worthy!

Where did you get thisinfo from? There is no current card for the Personal Computer that doesn't take some form of performance hit from having AA and AF turned on.

You can overclock your card to make it run faster, but I am not aware of any 'hidden' features. ATI would be pretty silly to not use features to there fullest.

If you can give more info about what you heard it would be beneficially to giving you a better explanation

Never heard of unused features, had a pair of them in crossfire.
You could install a modded driver to turn it into a workstation card for 2D applications but as far as i know nothing else.

Overclocking via CCC or Atitool, or the best way i found was via riva tuner as it can measure all the temps as stuff.

Best I managed in crossfire was both cards running at 725core and 1125mem so 2250ddr effective. Ran Crysis nicely.
