Not a bad upgrade at all. Really nice for those on 939 still and don't fancy a move. Stick your hand in your pocket pull out 40 big ones and off you go 
. That CPU is still MORE than capable and to boot you got a real nice clock out of it, mine would only ever do 2.6Ghz IIRC. Good little upgrade. Im thinking about putting a cheap 939 system togather with some old kit I have and getting one of these chips.
