Friend wants to upgrade his 939 - currently a single core opteron. Which are better clockers between 3800+ and 4200+? Seen people mention 4200 Toledo cores, anyone brought a 4200+ recently? What steppings are the best?

He has a Asus A8V, AC Freezer Pro, Kingmax 2Gb (not sure what exactly but got a couple of screens in CPU-Z)

As his memory wont clock to far, how would a 165/170 @ stock (or possibly with a small OC) compare to say a stock X2 3800/4200+ and a 3800/4200 @ 2.5Ghz+?
