X2 4400 or 4600

I have got these two processors, and I am going to sell one Which one would you sell?

I know the 4400 2x1MB Cache & the other has 2x512MB Cache and that it's clocked to 2.4 with multiplier of 12. With the 4400+ it has a Multiplier of 11.

I would keep the 4400 and give it a little overclock maybe upto around 2.5 as that would be my option.
