X2 4600+ Cooling

I've never put much faith in stock cooling, is the stock cooler any good and if not can you recommend a good cooler?

I may be overclocking at some point, as I've read that 2.82GHz is achievable on stock cooling!

As far as case cooling goes, I have a ThermalTake Xaser III with the 7 fans (1 top blowing out, 2 front sucking in, 2 side sucking in, 2 rear blowing out)

if your clocking an after market cooler would be advisable.

cheap but good AC Pro 64

expensive but better Noctua or the Tuniq

The freezer pro is decent for 20 quid, otherwise something like the 120 Ultra.

I have a freezer pro and it cant hack it above about 1.45v, but I have bad IHS contact which is partly to blame
