X2 6000 high temps?

hi guys was just wonder if 60 degress load /core temp is to hot bearing in mind this is a 3ghz chip im using a zalman CNPS7500.

nah 60 load is ok id say as long doesnt go over 65c load.

cheers, just look at the specs and its a 120W chip
