X264 width or height not divisible by 16 - compression will suffer

Hi,

I'm attempting to encode my Fraps videos using X264, at the same I'm resizing the video to 640x360 so it fits a YouTube window nicely.

However, 360 isn't divisible by 16 and VirtualDub says that compression will suffer if a division of 16 isn't used. If I used 640x368 it goes through without a problem, but then the sides of my videos get cut off :(

Is it OK to use 640x360 with X264, will the fact that it's not divisible by 16 noticeably decrease the compression/quality?

Thanks,
Craig.
