X3 Gold Edition

Hi peeps, does anyone know where i can find this game cheap? i dont fancy paying £24 upwards for a game thats been out a long while. but after checking a few places and getting the same prices there it struck me to ask you lot

Have you thought about getting the X-Superbox? It's got every X game made from X-Beyond the Frontier to Terran Conflict. It'll also work for Windows 7 too.

I wanted the x Superbox but I'd give you the money for it if you know where they have it in stock

I checked *everywhere* - the egosoft site seems to sell it but it comes without the encyclopaedia and costs around £45 not including the potential import charges (I assume they would occur)

The only place you'll get the encyclopaedia with the game if you buy it second hand. Only the first run got the encyclopaedia. (I was in that initial run

I can't even find it second hand

ha ha the package only came out last October and it is already wiped off the face of the earth - literally it would be easier to find Half Life 2:Raising The Bar unopened...

I'm not sure on how good the prices are but check out steam, they have most, if not all, the X games.

which game do u actually want ?

could prolly find the individual game cheaper if u only wanted the one game.

if ur just after the latest, u can get Terran Conflict for about £12 on impulse
or X Gold for abit more

Theres X3 Terran Conflict for £19.99 from steam, or i can get the Gold edition for £25 but was expecting it to be even cheaper, unless i wait for it to drop again. The new one (rebirth i think) is out soon.

Never tried sites like impulse or D2D as i have always bough retail versions rather than digital (except for steam of course) I spotted a copy on fleabay but wasnt sure of it.

Never knew it existed, from what i gather on here its as hard to find as lord lucan
