Hi
Am looking for people thoughts and opinions on a issue i have with a monitor or at least the sale of said monitor from Overclockers.
Back in March I purchased a Predator X34A well that is what i was the invoiced for and until yesterday that is what i thought i had received !!!!!
When i received the monitor I suppose the excitement got to me a quickly unboxed the monitor throw the box in the garage and set it up it was amazing very little back bleed , no dead pixels and out the box overclocked to 100hz and looks superb all happy.
Till yesterday my wife decided it was time for all the boxes I keep throwing in the garage should be in the loft , to my horror when the monitor box came out the garage the box was marked up as Predator X34 (old model) and not the one i paid for and not the product described on the invoice.
The problem is till i saw the box yesterday I was completely happy but now feel a little disappointed and there is no guarantee if I ask Overclockers to replace the X34 for X34A that I have been invoiced for and that I have paid for that it will not come with some of the faults such as backlight bleed or dead pixels.
Also is the going to affect my warranty as my invoice and the product do not correspond ?
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated and what action you think I should take ?
