X360 wireless adaptor

Hello,

Do i have to use the x360 wireless adaptor or can i use a different one? I have a perfectly usable pc usb wireless adaptor lying around and would prefer to use that than spend £50 quid on a MS one.

The offical wireless adaptor is the only USB one that will work. You can however connect a wireless adaptor to the ethernet port like these,

as a cheaper solution.

You can't use USB ones unfortunately, but you can use ethernet bridges
