x360 won't connect to live now :( :(

Hi,

Just outta the blue my 360 won't connect to live now for some reason. It signs my profile in, but i'm not connected to live for some reason. Have checked my router (nothing has changed) and can browse tinterweb fine and have done the network tests on the 360 and everything passed (NAT was open). Any ideas before I ring em up?

Oh yer, the 360 has also been assigned an ip/subnet/def gateway etc by the router - which is a DG834N fyi)

Dunno tbh. But someone is supposed be calling me back so i can make a payment via my credit card. Apparently a change in policy means they cant take payments directly over the phone. meh

Yeah you should still be able to sign in under a Silver account.
Actually, my girlfriend had issues signing into her account the other day when her 1 month trial expired and it reverted to Silver. I eventually had to retrieve her gamertag onto the console to get it working again :confused:

flippin heck x2 calls, with the 2nd call lasting 22 minutes to make a manual credit card payment. gah. At least they did a very very extensive DPA on me each time i called.
