x3d turbo (gigabyte) cpu usage

so with x3d turbo mode the cpu usage was almost maxed out with the 9800x3d causing black ops 6 to stutter and packet loss (strange). i disabled x3d turbo mode and it halfed it and didnt go above 72%usage while gaming. seems fine and no difference in performance ,all temps seemed fine.

is that with the new bios 32e that says

i was using F3e and noticed it was stuttering in black ops 6, then updated to F3f and was still doing it. then turned x3dturbo mode off and its been perfect all night no issues. assuming 9800x3d dont actually need it. its a beast

Which board is this on?

gigabyte x870e aorus elite wifi7, running 6000 expo

(only now and then you get packet loss and extrapolation. and high cpu usage.)**
