What is a safe temperature i should be aiming for with the X4 760K? It is trying to be cooled with an Alpine 64 GT running at the stock speed of 3.8 and temps of 58-60c.

Thanks, done as you said and took a little off the voltage and all is great now.Assuming that's under load then it sounds fine to meIf you're just running it at stock speed, you could look at taking a little off the voltage to cool it further.
