X570 Aorus Elite white flash

Hi,
Recently built a PC using this motherboard and I'm getting a white flash on the left side of the motherboard whenever I switch on the PSU. System works perfectly fine otherwise and it doesn't occur when powering on the PC itself; only when powering on the PSU. Anyone here have this motherboard and if so, do you get the same white flash when powering on the PSU?

I don't have that specific board, but when you say "left side", which way are you looking at the board?

In other words, is it near the VRMs, memory, chipset or front panel/usb connectors?

The side with the IO shield. Happens right on the edge of the motherboard and the flash seems to mostly come from behind and down the left side of the motherboard. It's visible from the back of the case as well.

Quick Google would suggest this is normal for this board, just means that power has got to the board, apparently it's in the manual too lol

ah, my bad then. Guess the motherboard manual is the first thing i should've checked. Thanks for letting me know
