X570-E boot options

I have this MB and pressing F8 on boot, I get various options to boot from. Although it gives the CD drive option, I cannot find the USB boot option. Do I need to tweakany options please?

Have you updated your bios and changed the boot from Legacy to EFI?

A good BIOS update should solve this though.

Boot is Legacy. Also looked at Bios updates and none of them mention USB fix. I would rather not update the Bios unless there is a fix I need.
