X61 for £540 - good deal?

I have a friend with an X61 he wants to get rid of. Supposed to be in mint condition (3 weeks old) and with the newest T8100 processor, 3gb ram and 160gb HDD.

Should I go for it? I was supposed to buy a macbook earlier this week but that fell through so looking for something else now!

Any opinions? Need to decide within the next hour or so! He has reduced asking price to £505. Please help ^^

Looking on the bay it seems a good price. Whether its the right laptop for you is another matter
