Having some issues with my Kraken fans - I've connected the fans to the provided power cables (x1 4pin and x1 3 pin) and connected the SATA power from the mobo to those cables, connected the CPUFAN connector and the USB 2 to a USB2 header on the motherboard. When I turn the PC on the fans mostly sort of "flutter" but don't actually spin usually if I give them a nudge one of them will start spinning but only one...the pump works fine exactly as it should.

However if I plug them directly into the motherboard in SYSFAN slots then they both work fine, albiet I assume at that point any fan control is lost because it seems they just spin at 100% the whole time.

My motherboard/CPU is a B450M Mortar + Ryzen 5 3600X.

Does anyone have a suggestion or hopefully had a similar problem and resolved it? :D.

Have you installed the NZXT CAM software? It's a bit awkward sometimes but it will report the fan and pump speeds and adjust them as necessary...you can run it on the default 'silent' mode, 'performance' mode or make a custom fan and pump speed graph.

It was actually the SATA connection to the pump itself wasn't pushed all the way in *doh* lol. Working perfectly now.
