x64 Drivers

I regularly see posts here and elsewhere about the sorry state of drivers for x64 versions of Windows.

Obviously I can't speak for people with other systems but I have to maintain 5 PCs each with very different hardware and I have drivers for absolutely everything. No problems at all.

I'm just curious as to what hardware are people having trouble with because from my experience it's been very straight forward.

I've got some slightly obscure hardware, and didn't expect much joy. However, most devices were found. The only things I haven't got drivers for are:

Canon Selphy 510 (Postcard printer)
Supermicro GEM318 SCSI device (scsi cage monitoring)
Logitech webcam

Apart from that, got everything. That said, it's still annoying not having everything, so might end up back at x86.

How embarassing - You've reminded me that I do have a device without a 64 bit driver

I'd forgotten I had a Selphy printer. I rarely use it but nevertheless it's 32 bit only !
