X6800 multipler

No one has got a retail chip yet, so it's hard to say. Plus, a lot of BIOS for the various motherboards are in a state of flux.

Currently it seems only 8x - 13x is supported, however it should be 12x - 60x when its finally released.

*cough* erm... yes I can confirm that the multiplier is unlimited and unlocked, as I'm getting one too :p ;)
