X79 memory problem

Funny thing this i bought G.Skill RipJawsZ 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C9 2133MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit (F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH) and installed it in my pc with win7 home edtion and only 12gb of ram is showing up in WE but in cpuz the full 16gb is there,any ideas?

I wouldn't worry if it is only windows experience not seeing it as it can be flak at times. Mine has never shown my correct overlook score for four years lol.
