I have just built a new media PC that is ultra quiet, UNTILL i plug in my GTO2 which has a fan as loud as a boeng 747 with reverse thrust!!

Is there any way of dialing down the fan noise/speed or is there a half decent dual output quiet card out there that will not break the bank?

P.S. I barely play any games, just the odd round or two of CSS which i would give up if need be.
