X800 GTO2

I have just built a new media PC that is ultra quiet, UNTILL i plug in my GTO2 which has a fan as loud as a boeng 747 with reverse thrust!!

Is there any way of dialing down the fan noise/speed or is there a half decent dual output quiet card out there that will not break the bank?

P.S. I barely play any games, just the odd round or two of CSS which i would give up if need be.

Use ATiTool or something similar and just set fan speeds slower for 2D using a profile.

Yeah I toom would be interested in finding this out, allways sounds like someone is using the hoover next door lol.

I have one and I use to set the fan to really slow speed when the temp was low , so say i was just browsing the web it would be really quiet and when a game booted up and the temp rose the fan would kick in.
