picked up a super cheap x800 GTO card, but the noise it creates is almost ridiculous, ruined my quiet pc 
I thought these were supposed to slow the fan speed when not under load, but this one doesnt seem to bother. I thought maybe windows aero was putting some load on it, so i tried basic and it made no difference. Does anybody know a way to shut this thing up because if not i'm going back to onboard, sod this
