X800 Pro - ATI Tool Setting

I have an unlocked X800 Pro to 16 pipelines. When using ATI tool, the default settings are 520 and 560 respectively.

Can someone tell me what the standard clock settings are as it's a touch unstable st this speed. When I get my new cooler that should help, but until then I will need to turn it down a little.
