I've got a bit of a problem and no, i'm not complaining because the text is all blurry on my TV:p

Basically, I'm getting awful tearing on the tv output when watching dvd's and its driving me crazy. Does anybody know the cause or how to fix it. its pretty much unwatchable atm:(
