x850 xt pe vs x1950 pro

Id say over double, i went from an x800 XT PE to an x1800 XT and the performance boost was absolutely massive. 
Hard one to call... the x1950 pro has over twice the shader capabilities of the 850... but its not so fast in other areas like texture fillrate, whether its enough to show in games I don't know... on paper atleast the 850 xt pe isn't that far behind a 7900GS... which from benchmarks of the 7900GS v 1950 pro would make the x1950 pro around 50-60% faster than the 850 xt pe in games.

i dont know for sure but i went from an x800xt and its about 60% faster, all i know is i can play all my games at 1600x1200 and still have the same or better frame rates than i did with the x800 at 1024x768.
