As in the title i need to choose a cooler to replace the stock one that will keep it cool and be a lot less noisy (noise most importantly). I was advised on another thread to get the Arctic Cooling Rev.2 ATI 5 which i tried to order today, but unfortunately OC are out of stock and the email i recieved back from them regarding stock says they have no ETA for getting them in again due to stock problems.
So any suggestions as to what would be a good substitute for this or better?

Cheers,
Zeph.

[Edit - i plan on ordering a cooler for it tonight as i have other things to order, to save money on delivery ;) ]

How quiet is it compared to the stock cooler? It states 18.5 ~ 28.5dB ± 10% in the specs, doesnt sound very quiet or am i mistaken?

Lol i can't Mattup, OC are out of stock and have no idea when they are getting the Arctic coolers back in due to "stock problems" i've had a look elsewhere but the cheapest i've found them so far is £5 dearer than OC and as i have other items to order from OC i don't want the extra postage of ordering elsewhere.

B4Z - Hmm see what you mean, my case is a cheap Antec SLK3000B which really does not have good air flow at all :(

Cheers Raikiri, had a look at case fans at this one seems to be my best bet...
Akasa AK-183-L2B Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3 pin (FG-024-AK)
Seems quiet yet pushes a decent airflow compared to the noise Vs airflow of the other makes. Thoughts?

I'll be ordering a freezer pro 64 at the same time so i suppose the rear exhaust feature of the arctic vga cooler isn't really as important as i thought if i go this way.

Cheers,
Zeph.
