X850XT fan issues

Just installed this into my new system and was finding the temps to be at 75-80 load and was thinking this was a little hot....

Noticed the fan wasn't speeding up as the card got hotter and thought the software (CCC) would do this for me?

Any ideas?

I don't know if it should or not, maybe try the latest version?

Yeah, got the latest version mate. According to ATi Tool my fan is running at a solid 5% all the time.... any less it wouldn't be moving lol

I'm stuck, does the fan spin freely when it's turned off? Just thinking if it needs a bit of oil?

my card was the same had to use ati tray tools to speed up the fan as it got hotter.
