X870e hero won’t power on

Can Anyone see where I’m going wrong before I RMA this board, I put the system together, Chip, ram and power supply only, the board lights up so is receiving power, but I get nothing when pressing the onboard power button, no leds and no Q code lighting up, I have tried 2 different power supplies, tried reseating the CPU, and tried removing the CMOS battery for 30 mins, is there anything anyone can think I’m missing, the 7800x3d and gigabyte master board were working fine before I striped it down.

Assuming that nothing is broken, then if the board doesn't respond in any way you're either missing a power connector, or the power button isn't working.

I also tried putting the case power jumper on the board and that also didn’t work.

Can you take a pic of the board and PSU modular panel, just so we can check you haven't missed something?

You're using the PSU's original cables too, right? Since modular cables are not interchangeable.

I am using cablemod cables for my PSU, bit will switch them out tomorrow and see if that helps,
I generally build outside my case first to make sure the board powers on, before building in my case, so the only things that’s were connected was the 2 cpu power and the main board power, i also tried ram in and out.
