my X870E Taichi Lite has an issue with it’s wired networking. It uses the Realtek family driver and is supposedly rated for 5gbe. Mine connects to my deco WiFi 7 router at 100 mbps. It should be connecting at 2.5gbe.

I have a couple of 2.5 gbe switches which work ok with the decos. Is this something other people have come across?

Thanks.

When you say connecting, do you mean the negotiated speed is 100 Mb or the throughput is 100 Mbps? If the negotiated speed is too low, try forcing it to the correct speed: Link speed negotiation can be forced in Windows through device manager on the device properties.

If this is a throughput issue, however, that's a different story. It's important to know which one it is.

I have the same board on 3.10 and I noticed windows (and linux) did not install drivers automatically for the RTL8126. But manually installing and it's running at expected speeds (connected to 2.5gbe switch > router 2.5gbe port. Did you figure out the issue?
