X99 Adaptive Voltages ?

Looking to use offset voltage or adaptive voltage so when the rig is idle the volts go down.

My 5930K is game and bench stable at 4.50GHZ 1.26v, How much would I have to offset this by for the adaptive voltage ?

Noob'ish question I know but I am noobcakes when it comes to X99

Well I've tried the adaptive voltage, Total adaptive voltage and it just won't get passed the boot screen unless I use standard voltage settings.

That did the trick, Now got adaptive on the CPU core, 4.50GHz with 1.26v adaptive and 42 on the cache with 1.26 normal voltage, All stable
