Just wanted to pick people's brains on which x99 board out of the above would you go with?
Basically, I've managed to already bag the deluxe for £229.99, it was a misprice on a high street retailer, but they are going ahead with honouring the price.
My only concern is warranty with said high street retailer will probably only be 12 months ( without a battle) and funnily though the member of staff staff wasn't even sure what a motherboard was
I have since spotted the x99 Sabertooth and think it looks great and would match my sli 980ti hybrids with the gold/copper and black colour. Plus the warranty is 5 years and trust ocuk with that more than the other shop. The only downside is I would have to fork out more money for it.
I'm planning a 5820k build, both boards suit my needs, both have pretty much the same features here and there, just not sure with sticking with the deluxe or ditching for the Sabertooth.
any opinions welcome
