X99 MATX board

I was going to by the Gigabyte X99M-Gaming 5 Intel X99 but also noticed the Asrock X99M Killer Intel X99.

Can both run DDR3 1600 memory and which is the best ie reliability, customer service

X99 is a DDR4 platform, so unfortunately DDR3 1600 won't fit.

Personally I prefer Gigabyte, as they have a UK-based returns centre, but Asrock do make some decent boards. I have yet to have a motherboard fail on me, so I can't comment on reliability.
