x99 queries

what's the difference from x97 to x99 performance wise?

like how much better would the new 5820k be comparedto a dc 4790k?

how much better are x99 mobos? or is it just the fact that they support the new chip/ddr4 nimms?

because at the price i'm seeing for a x99 mobo/ddr4/new x99 cpu,i am expecting my computer to transform into bumblebee.

I'd wait for Haswell-E Refresh (or whatever called) because current models seem to be not perfect: highest 8-cores model clocked too low, and lowest 6-cores with 28 PCIe lanes only, with too many watts needed.
