X99-S DPC Latency issues and Stuttering under load.

I'm getting constant DPC spikes into the 2000uS level at 10-30 second intervals as well as this:

With my new X99-S and 5820K. Does anyone know a way to fix it / what is broken?

What is it affecting directly? - I can't say I understand exactly what's causing the higher latency, but what are you noticing outside of benchmarks to be stuttering?

It causes audio stutter (I'm a DJ and notice it)
BINGO, it's the SATA driver (only on 4K QD32) :

Does the board have two Sata controllers? If it does try using a port that runs off the other controller until a better driver is out.

Tried the other SATA controller to no luck. A re-install results in the same results (with the default fresh install drivers)

My SSD is an OCZ Vector running V3.0 Firmware.

Try updating the audio, NIC, etc drivers.

Also if you have the HPET enabled in the BIOS, disable it.

All drivers are up to date and I've even tried a plain windows installation on a different SSD with no drivers and get the same results.

HPET isn't supported on this X99 board.

If you have an X99, what do you get in regards to DPC latency when doing a QD 4K-32 Read / Write in CrystalDiskInfo?
