gaming i know i dont need 6 cores but upgrading from a i7 3770k, kinda pointless but hell of fun :D

The Titan Black is kinda pointless as well :) A 780ti would be a better option for gaming, if you want to stick with Nvidia.

Also you don't need a 1300W psu. A good 850W is plenty for SLI.

If you don't intend on going 3 way sli then you could drop down to the 5820K. The only difference as far as i know is the pci-e lane bandwidth, and slightly higher clock speed.

I think you are mad upgrading from a 3770k though :p

true just want somthing new, but titan is placeholder for new 880s.

i want the choice of tri sli this why i went with 5930

Personally if you've only a single GPU I'd ditch the 5930k and go with a 5820k instead. That or push the boat out and go for a 5960X.

Edit just noticed you comment about multiple GPUs...... 5960X would warrant an additional £300 if you're spending £2000+ and planning SLI later down the line IMO!
