Well I went out and got a 5.1 sound system for my xbox360 and using both a joytech VGA or Component cable I can't get any sound from my optical connection on a JVC SP-THR1, it works fine with normal SKYTV/DVD I even tryed L/R (mono) of the VGA and it would only give sound for about 2seconds then shut off.
Any idea would be great because I don't want to take the thingback because I really like it.
