I've bought an Xbox 360 Windows controller tonight and was a bit disappointed to discover that its quite limited in terms of configurable and usage for non "Games for Windows" titles, now this isn't really an issue on my desktop PC as most of my games are fully compatible (F1 2010 is amazing with a joypad!) but on my older netbook I would like to be able to set it up to play the old GTA's and other older titles.

I've been looking around and have read up on the XBCD third party drivers that are meant to give added functionality in terms of configuring the X360 pad the way that you want to and I was just wondering if anyone else was using them as having a few issues trying to get it to install right on my HP Mini 311 netbook using Windows XP SP3

Any help would be great!

Chris

Not in front of my PC so I can't check (it's been a while), it's pretty simple when you sus it out. Create a profile, assign keys, save. Repeat for each application.

It's also handy because you can map mouse movement to the dpad/sticks - great free media centre remote. Or you can prank people using the computer from another room with a wireless controller :)
