What is the point?

Whilst is could have been worded less inflamatory, a common complaint I keep hearing is that people don't talk enough on PSN. Not including a head set vs. including a head set in all but the budget bundle, doesn't.

You can get a BT headset for under a tenner, same one that comes with warhawk. If it's such an issue then that price is nothing in comparison. When I listen to all the smack talk from young kids and yanks on Live, it makes me wonder why people don't buy headsets on purpose so they don't have to listen to it all. I often plug my headset in (Live) and throw it on the floor. Saying aheadset makes a online service good/bad is stupid, it's what you want from it that makes it what it is.
