XBL + Xbox forums down??

just wondering if anybody else is having any problems signing into XBL, or using the xbox forums. neither are working for me right now.

@ coco pops. quite true i do have nothing to do during the day!!

i work in a restaurant, only open in evenings.

I think they're hoping for it to be up in the next few hours.

The maintenance is on fixing the downloads to marketplace demos that are throttling the servers.

Well my signature is working again so i'd guess that it is back up.
