Not sure if anyone is familiar with this, but its an MSN style program but for XBLive; pretty nifty.

Says it notifies you that you have a new message, but not that you can send them which seems a shame. I might have installed it if you could do that.

There's quite a few different apps that do this, I prefer XBox Friends because I don't have to save my passport login in my browser with that.

None of the OSX ones seem to work with the latest site changes though unfortunately
