I am sure that Microsoft will crack down hard on any kind of abuse of this. I would guess that they would ban the 360 directly rather than the profile (seeing as it's pretty obvious people would just create another profile to get round such a ban).

From the article linked to 1.3Mpixels would be roughly 1280 x 1024 4:3 ratio

Also 27fps is not correct for film, usually its 24fps
