Xbox 360 Chipsets and Heatsinks?

I've got an original launch Xbox 360 (2006) which hasn't missed a beat in all the years I've had it. Before my new Slim Xbox 360 arrives though, I'd like to give the old one a new case and some cooling upgrades.

Questions

1. Do all 'fat' Xbox 360's share the same mounting holes for their heatsinks (particularly Xenon and Falcon boards)?

2. I'm planning to use the Falcon GPU heatsink (the one with a heatpipe) in place of the current heatsink on my Xenon chipset CPU. Will the Falcon GPU heatsink have enough cooling capacity to cool the CPU?

Details:
  • I'm looking for low profile (short) heatsinks to cool the CPU and GPU of my Xenon Xbox 360.
  • I'm planning to use a large low RPM fan on top of the heatsinks.

A picture of the heatsink I'm planning to use on my Xbox 360's CPU and GPU:

Thank you.
