XBOX 360 - Component vs VGA

Hi, I have both cables and am getting a new widescreen monitor with component input.

I was wondering if there was any different between the two, if one looked beter than the other.

I'm not sure what will look better with that monitor so if you both cables try it and see which one you like best.
