xbox 360 connection wireless

Can i use a netgear usb wireless dongle to connect to xboxlive or do i have to buy a microsoft 360 wireless adaptor? If i can use the netgear does anyone know how to setup it up with the Xbox 360.

you can't put wireless on a 360 afaik, unless microsoft sell a special bit of kit. you need to wire it into and access point or PC with wifi.
