xbox 360 controller for windows ?

hey guys just myself one of these, anyone know what games it woul work best with ? need some decent rally, racing games, flight sims etc, maybe some action games that would work well with it, thanks for any advice !
 
I would say most games apart from:

FPS - Online you will get your ass kicked if you are on a control pad vs mouse+keyboard!
Strategy games - I played Red Alert on the PSX and the PC version was much better, purely due to the mouse.

Personally I have used my 360 pad one:
- Saints Row 2 and 3
- All the Assassin's Creeds
- Rainbow 6 Vegas
- F1 2010
 
One game that vastly annoyed me by not supporting this joypad was Splinter cell Chaos Theory, a game that NEEDS analogue stick to be experienced fully.
 
Very few modern games don't work with it. Try a few games, you will struggle to find one that doesn't work with it.

For those that don't there is Xpadder :) also great for emulators, not that anyone would condone such criminality of course. Racing games the pad is almost a must if you don't have a wheel

GTA IV/EFLC
Tomb Raider Legend/Anniversary
Sonic Generations
Sky Drift (excellent aeroplane racer, available from Steam)

^ a few games that spring to mind from my library
 
no no no no no how can anyone list GTA for a pad, mouse works so much better. Try spinning around a moving car with a pad then try again with a mouse :)
