Xbox 360 core + Oblivion Question

Anyone have stutter on the bethesta and intro movie things without using a hard drive? The game runs very smooth but the opening sequence has sound breaks in it. Its not the disc either as I tried it on my friends premium and it was smooth as silk.

Just me or is it just because ive only got a memory card lol

It's because you're running in PAL-50.

Change to PAL-60, it fixes it. Did for my housemates copy.
