XBox 360 display config question

Hi all,

Got an XBox 360 running on a Dell 2405FPW 24" screen, just wondering what the best display configs for it are (I don't understand much about all this HD 1080i 1080p stuff!)

Assuming the screen has a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 then 1080 would be the best resolution to set it to because it's 1920 x 1080.

Thanks for that, yes it is native 1920 x 1200.

Would 1080i or 1080p be best?
